Service Scope

Support Pulse provides weekly support-ticket intelligence reporting and related integrations.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for lawful data use, valid connector credentials, and account security.

Billing

Subscriptions renew per selected plan until canceled. Failed payment may suspend access.

Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis with maintenance windows and incident response procedures.

Limitation

Support Pulse does not guarantee elimination of support volume or detection of every product issue.

Termination

Customers can request account deletion and data export through workspace account controls.
