Support Pulse processes support tickets, workspace settings, billing metadata, and account authentication data.

How We Use Data

Data is used only to generate support intelligence reports, operate the service, and secure customer accounts.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while the account is active. Customers can request export or deletion from the workspace.

Security

Data is isolated by account and sensitive account API tokens can be stored encrypted at rest.
