Customer is the controller and Support Pulse is the processor for support-ticket data.
Processing is limited to generating support intelligence reports and operating service workflows.
Access controls, account isolation, signed webhooks, and encrypted-at-rest secret storage are used.
Approved subprocessors are listed on the subprocessors page.
Support Pulse assists with export and deletion requests initiated by the customer.
Upon account deletion request, associated account settings and report artifacts are removed from service storage.
